Trauma-Informed Supervision:
Integrating RTIC at the Y This virtual workshop provides an introduction to Trauma-Informed Supervision for leadership and director level staff at the YMCA who want to be more trauma-informed in their work. The purpose of this workshop is to provide an overview of trauma-informed principles and values that can be incorporated into supervisory tasks at the Y. Objectives • Facilitate learning appropriate for both leadership and directors in trauma-informed care best practices • Practice incorporating trauma-informed care into team meetings • Identify agency/organization opportunities to shift practice or policy to be more trauma-informed |
